Simon did a great job, he arrived when he said he would, was polite and easy to chat with and we didn't feel uncomfortable with him in the house (as we have in the past with some workers). He did a great job installing our new boiler and took the time to explain how it all worked. He left the house extremely tidy and I would not hesitate to use him again for any plumbing jobs in our home.

Extremely friendly and helpful, gave good advice on what programmer and thermostat to have fitted for what I needed and provided all the price options to help make a decision. Work took less than an hour and then give clear instructions on use after fitting. Would strongly recommend this company.

Simon assessed the job in advance and then worked methodically round the various jobs that needed to be done. Another issue has come to light and we await another visit to fix this soon.

Simon was brilliant. Even just from our initial phone call where I was asking for him to visit our home and provide a quote, he was offering advice. He was asking questions to find the best replacement and then recommended retailers for quality product and price. He was able to provide some of the smaller parts needed from his trade company which in turn lowered the price for us. The work he completed was professional and timely and really happy with the end result.

After Simon fitted me a new shower back in January and did such a fantastic job, I didn't hesitate to call him to cover this job for me and, as usual, he was prompt, efficient, effective, friendly and knowledgeable, checked everything was running OK post completion of the task in hand, was neat and tidy and even charged me less for the work that originally quoted. That's a rare thing and a mark of Simon being completely honest and trustworthy. Can't recommend him enough!

I needed a plumber to make right some pipe work so that my mum could have a new washer fitted. Simon was very accommodating as my mum forgot the first appointment, but he was kind enough to reschedule and be gracious about it. He turned up when he said, did the job, my mum was happy and it was a reasonable charge. Wish he lived closer to me as I need a decent plumber myself!

Simon came when he stated and did a very professional job in fitting a complete new system type boiler which involved running a new gas pipe to the boiler and taking out old water tank etc. He worked very hard to leave us with the heating working on the first day. On the second day he fitted new radiators to some of the rooms and did a complete system flush and finished everything to our satisfaction. We were very happy with the standard of his work.

Called Simon yesterday as we had no heating or hot water. Made an appointment for 5pm today and he fixed the problem and also provided me with quotes for boiler maintenance and a new replacement boiler that I requested. Very pleased with the service received.

We had some work done previously by Complheat when we relocated our kitchen. Complheat did a great job and also serviced our problematic old combi boiler advising us that it needed changing. We didn't take his advice and sure enough he was right and it let go (15yrs old). Contacted Complheat, Simon came asap and installed a new boiler. He did a fantastic job in super quick time. I highly recommend Complheat!!

Simon was efficient in rectifying a problem with the boiler, he then discovered a leak in the pipe work under the floor, traced the leak and rectified it, made sure the system was operating correctly and completed the work in about an hour. I was highly satisfied with the work and his positive attitude.

Came after emergency call as boiler had stopped working. Came and cleaned sensor, checked pump (which I was aware was due for replacement well over 1 year ago), which provided me with hot water and central heating. Returned 3 days later with replacement sensor and pump. Also fixed loose tap and looked at leaking toilet to confirm the source. Due to the excellent level of work, now booked to service gas fire and heating system as well as fix leaking toilet and radiator.

Work carried out to an excellent standard was consulted throughout. Simon also hoovered up and removed all old parts and packaging.

After being let down by a couple of other plumbers I discovered Complheat via Checkatrade. Simon has kept all appointments, quoted for the job immediately, carried out the tasks perfectly and kept to the quote. He has been professional, efficient and friendly throughout. This time, repair to leaking tap instead of expensive replacement, Simon went to a lot of trouble looking for replacement tap or part but was able to mend it. Fixed dripping toilet cistern. Last year he Also fixed leaking shower, re sealed bath and shower and kindly mended the oven door while he was here! Friendly helpful service. Strongly recommended.
